One of the main reasons we are drawn to making documentaries is because they capture moments in time. Forever. The Tuesday Nighter is an excellent example. This little ride is about a pirate bike race that started over 20 years ago. It's informal, no officials, only unspoken rules guide the cyclists as they compete as hard as if it was the Nationals. In fact, Lance Armstrong used this race as his personal test track as he came back from cancer.
Oh how things change. The race course has been overtaken by subdivisions and Lance, well, you know that story.
Enjoy this little time capsule.
Oh and we should note the killer score by Scott H Biram.
