We are very proud to share with you one of the first two films out of our campaign for Aktion Mensch which we just finished with the uprising director talent franklin (Linda-Shiva Klinkhammer). The documentary style campaign portrays 5 amazing individuals and 3 great projects funded by Aktion Mensch.
You can find a video description below.
The project was shot in the course of 3 weeks in 6 cities in Germany with a team of 20 amazing people (including crew, agency and clients).
The project was produced focussing on a green production approach, with
- all departments working together to ensure waste avoidance and reduction,
- shooting solely with battery our grid powered equipment,
- eco-certified hotels whereever possible,
- offering only vegan and local catering on set,
- a coop with Vytal and Recup and Rebowl which allowed us to use 98% reusable Dishes and Cutlery during the whole project
- a food ordering system that made sure as little food as possible was wasted.
- materials mostly from rental houses that could be returned and materials that could be reused, donated or recycled after the shoot.
Please meet ANNIKA and her touching and inspiring story.
This film is the kick off to a larger campaign including TV, Online and SoMe Assets, as well as a print campaign.
Big thanks to everybody involved for their passion and spirit and the love they brought to this project!

[Video description: In the video, Annika, a 14-year-old girl with curly blonde hair and a prosthetic leg, tells her story of being an amputee due to cancer while sitting in a hockey locker room. She is seen playing hockey with her prosthesis, joking around with friends and jumping into the pool as she tells her story, making it clear that she is living her life to the fullest and looking positively to the future. Annika explains that "a lot ahead" means to her that there is still a lot to come, no matter in what time span she can experience it. In the foreground appears the text: "For all those who have a lot ahead, we are committed to an inclusive world. - Aktion Mensch“]
