The Forsthauskatarakt is a short but fun section of the Gulling river near the small town Aigen im Ennstal. You can find the directions on the Vboyz Video Guide Map (https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=z1NsCyRjdUT0.k7uzIwBtiEHQ). Whenever it looks runable it is good to go, i would not recommend it on super high flows though ...
It is only about 1 km long, so you can do lapses and just walk up again if you want to do another run. Perfect for after work runs or if you dont have a lot of time or another shuttle. It is pretty steep, fast and technical, with only a few eddies. You don´t really want to roll anywhere and swimming can be quite uncomfortable i guess.
Make sure you don´t miss the take out, there is a nasty rapid coming around the corner which you will pass by when you drive up with your car. It might be runnable at certain flows. There is also some easier sections above (search "Gulling" on www.paddeln.at).
