Rethinking Grading: Approaches to Balance Learning and Performance presented by Michelle Farland

TBL has the potential to build skills well beyond knowledge for our learners. But how can we leverage TBL to get our learners to see beyond achieving a high grade in a course and into a mindset of learning to develop mastery? During this social hour, We will spend time exploring ways to rethink how grading structures influence student behavior/mindset and explore ideas to help shift those behaviors to create lifelong learners.
