Public Art Project Manager for Sound Transit: Barbara Luecke.
Designed to replace a standard light pole, this totemic sculptural marker sits on top of a granite platform/bench combining functional seating and lighting. The work of art, inspired by windblown branches, is a strong focal point during the day and presents spectacular lighting effects at night. Infused with brilliant kinetic lighting, the sculpture subtly shifts, gradually cycling through the color spectrum.
