In December I returned to Whitehorse, Yukon to visit my girlfriend Corinth for the holidays. With me I had my new iPhone capable of shooting at 120fps for slow motion videos so that's what I used to shoot most of the videos there. After coming back with almost an hour of footage, I promised Corinth I would edit a video with everything I shot and do it under 3 months (the time it took me to finish editing the September one). With Valentine's Day soon approaching, I wanted to have it finished just in time for a Valentine's Day surprise.
As I began to edit the video, I set my soundtrack down and I was inspired to create something beautiful and full of meaning. Through the sequence of clips, I believe the end product is a symbol of hope, love and perseverance. It reminds me that even in our busy daily lives to take a moment to stop, behold God's marvelous creation and take it all in. To remember that life is a beautiful gift that we should rejoice in daily no matter how hard things may get at times. And lastly, to KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
I love you so much, baby! Until we can be together for good, I'm #chasingmiamor.
All shots were filmed with iPhone 5s.
