During the first year of design school, we had short exercises to learn the basics of animation. The task for this one was, to animate a single still, as well as put sound on it which was only produced by the animation itself. So
I chose a picture I took and tried to achieve the fractal zoom effect in After Effects as good as possible. The also called 'infinite zoom' effect carries the viewer deep into the image, as if it had no end. The sound derives from the clicking of my mouse, as if the clicking initiates the zoom.
