This is a segment from a Global Saskatoon newscast on Saskatchewan's prison literature in July, 2013.

Creative Escape — the focus of this story — is an annual book of creative writing, poetry and art compiled by Aboriginal prisoners of the Saskatoon Provincial Correctional Center. This is Creative Escape's fourth publication since beginning in 2009. For some inmates — both current and former — the power of the pen has transformed their lives.
