“Printer Jam: Ink-Enhanced Video Games of the 1990s,” by Rachel Simone Weil
Sure, video games are fun, but they’re even more fun when they can connect to printer hardware, right? (Right?) Rachel Simone Weil will introduce you to a selection of video games from the 1990s that bring together all the fun of the arcade with all the serious productivity of an inkjet printer.
Rachel studies video-game histories and alternative histories at the University of Texas. In 2012, she founded FEMICOM, the feminine computer museum, which preserves girly video games, software, and electronic toys from the twentieth century.
