Fergal Somerville organised a second ice mile challenge and himself, Sabrina, Colm Breathnach, Patrick Corkery, Padraig Brady, Finnbarr Hedderman, Ion Lazareno Tiron, Donal and Donal Buckley all took part.
Sabrina is the only girl actually doing this ice mile challenege, and was fastest, we are still waiting to confirm whether its a record time; all the other ladies, myself included are just enjoying the 3.3º water in Lough Dan!
An Ice Mile is where a swimmer swims a mile in water under 5º.
