Criminals are out to take advantage of unsuspecting people by calling them and claiming to be a representatives of a government or law enforcement agency.
The so-called "Warrant" Scam is aimed at scaring would-be victims into believing there's a warrant out for their arrest. And according to the scammer, they will be sent to jail unless they pay money.
