We are working with nationally acclaimed dance artist and choreographer Gary Clarke, commissioning a new theatre-movement- happening inspired by alternative living experiments of the 1970s, commune dwelling drag troupes such as Bloolips and the Cockettes and the occupy movement. We love their vivid style and think we all might have something to learn from these legendary sisters… squatting has never looked so surreal.

An evolving window display of transformed found objects, built by designer Ryan Dawson-Laight will invite you into a strange new world where cash isn’t the only way to pay for what’s in your basket.

Our artist revolutionaries have been occupying an empty shop in a secret location in Brighton for three weeks cooking up something special – so keep your eyes peeled and tweet @pinkfringeuk ifyou find them!
