Robert Weinstock M.D. discusses the difference between Traditional and Refractive Cataract Surgery
YOU MAY BE A CANDIDATE FOR BLADE-FREE CATARACT SURGERY THAT CORRECTS YOUR ASTIGMATISM AND REDUCES YOUR NEED FOR GLASSES
Cataract surgery is a once in a lifetime event with an opportunity to dramatically improve your quality of life. You may be a candidate that will reduce your dependency on glasses. After basic cataract surgery you will likely need glasses for distance, middle and near vision. Most patients will wear glasses 100% of the time. However, if you are a candidate you can now upgrade to Customized Bladeless Laser Cataract Surgery which corrects astigmatism and is a more precise, safer and less traumatic way of doing cataract surgery. Patients who get this customized laser surgery usually DON’T need glasses for distance vision like driving, watching TV, and golfing. In addition, if you prefer even more freedom from glasses, and you are a good candidate, your doctor will recommend a Premium implant which allows you to have distance, middle, and near vision.
What better investment is there than your eyes? Ask Dr Weinstock if you are a candidate.
