This North American River Otter was found abandoned in an old vacant building. After it was determined that the mother otter was not going to return for the baby, a concerned citizen brought the baby to the Wildlife Sanctuary. She’s been kept warm, clean and bottle fed a special diet every 4-5 hours. When she is old enough, she will be sent to an otter rehab facility in south Florida where she will be introduced to and socialized with other otters her age & size. At the right time, she (Toni) will be release into the wild to live a happy life.
