Part of a final year module for our course Digital Art & Technology at Plymouth University.

The brief was to work with an aspect of the 'im-material', we chose ambience. You can view the slides from our presentation here: willpanchaud.com/AmbiencePresentation.pdf

We used a Java based language called Processing for this project, utilising an Arduino library in order to read the sensor data connected to the Arduino Uno (utilising a sensor shield, temp sensor & LDR). We also utilised the built in webcam support to create our motion detection and the minim library for sound input.
