This is a story that can be perceived on multi levels, but the premise is of a gay man in his forties, reminiscing over his sometimes solid, sometimes-debauched life, that he claims to have shared with his sister, now also gay. The woman we could be swayed into believing he always wanted to be. Whether it was simply to engage with his more feminine side or whether it was aesthetic -- will be left for the audience to decide. We see through flashbacks - how as a young boy, along with his 'Sister', he had already begun to become so body conscious and allowed himself to become knee deep in the depths of narcissism and self adoration, only to come through at the other end with a firm decision on only allowing the skeletons to come out of the closet on special occasions.
This film was actually made with my real sister and her kids, but only parts are factual. Hope you enjoy! xx
