A short film exploring the details of shocking moment a pedestrian was killed by a single punch to the head following a row with a cyclist about riding on the pavement.
Andrew Young, 40, became embroiled in an one sided argument with Victor Ibitoye after he had asked him that to not cycle on the pavement as it was dangerous. The cyclist rode off but seconds later his friend, Lewis Gill, punched Mr Young in the face without provocation.Horrific CCTV footage shows Mr Young falling backwards by the sudden blow and striking his head on the road surface.
Callous thug Gill, 20, is then seen to walk away but not before looking back to see his victim lying motionless on the ground. The attack happened in a busy shopping area of Bournemouth,Englandt, in broad daylight and several passersby rushed to Mr Young's aid.
Mr Young, who suffered from Asperger's Syndrome, was rushed to hospital where he died the following day from head injuries with his mother at his bedside. who calls himself Capone and was part of gang who robbed young teenagers on the bus for their pocket money. He sucker punched and killed a 40 year old man who had Asperger's (a form of Autism), who had the social skills of a 14 year old and it was all caught on CCTV.
Gill and his mate said that the victim told them to "Go back to the Jungle" but I don't really think people believed it or found an excuse to kill a socially awkward 40 year old man.One telling fact went unreported when Lewis Anthony Gill appeared in the dock a few days ago. Not a single member of his family was in the public gallery: not his mother, not his father, nor any of his four brothers and sisters; no one.
Their absence from court perhaps tells us almost everything we need to know about the kind of world he came from — a world that produced a young man capable of committing a crime that is known, in brutal legal parlance, as a 'one-punch killing or cowards punch'.
Lewis received only a 4 year sense for his crime,a year for every 10 of Andrews life. Lewis's Girlfriend Wendy Rodriguez said she was worried about Andrew and rushed to help him but the electric eye never lies,we can clearly see Wendy fixing her hair and not even flinching. I made this very quickly after hearing the story, I think it was almost my duty to make people aware of this and I have a son with Autism so this means allot to me.
If you also believe that this is a unjust sentence and Gill is getting away with Murder please email the MP's address below and voice your concerns. Because the next time it may be your father, brother, Son or you!
