Audiovisual on 'Esteles' (Led Tails), an interactive installation that visualizes pedestrians paths/actions in a public space by proposing a reflection on the interaction between people and public space.
14 infrared sensors detect people passing by, codifying the information into a wall with 80 handmade led's lights, embedded in resin. All control is done by installing a Peggy2.1 motherboard programmed with Arduino.
'Esteles' won the 1st prize in Public Project 2008 and has been produced by artAtTheLab at Anne Frank square, in the Gracia district, Barcelona.
Audiovisual realized by Enric Recoder, Teresa Duran, Sakari Laurila & Xavi Satorra in 2009
