Two students from the University of Westminster conducted a survey of 150 senior citizens and 200 students to see what the elderly could teach the young about expressing your love to your mum. The 8th of March is one of the most heart-warming holidays of the year. We celebrate the women in our lives and the precious gifts they give us. A mother’s unconditional love is like no other. On International Women’s Day no one is more of a woman than a mother.
The survey showed that 93% of students asked did not say “I love you” to their mother during the last conversation they had. Opposed to that, the results showed that if the elderly had a chance to say anything to their mothers right now, 86% of them would say “I love you” or “Thank you”.
