Second graders at the School for AGricultural & Environmental Studies (SAGES) developed a Barn Quilt Trail for fellow learners and school visitors to enjoy as they journey down the school's hallways. (Shhh... don't tell them, but this was a fun, agricultural twist to math! They practiced measurement and shape identification as they created quilt patterns and completed their projects.)
Along the way, they also learned how some community's celebrate their agriculture heritage and have created agricultural tourism by developing Barn Quilt Trails. Enjoy our SAGES' Barn Quilt Trail!
