This is my cover of "Mona Lisa", a popular song written by Ray Evans and Jay Livingston for the Paramount Pictures film Captain Carey, U.S.A. (1950). The title and lyrics refer to the renaissance portrait Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci. The song won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1950. Nathaniel Adams Coles said Nat King Cole is an American singer and jazz pianist and rhythm and blues, born 17 March 1919 in Montgomery (Alabama), and died February 15, 1965 in Santa Monica (California). It is one of the greatest crooners of the 1950s. I found this instrumental version on a Russian website and I had to adapt to it as it is different from the original version. I hope you will enjoy it.
