We live in a culture where inner-criticism and self-judgment is the norm. We often find ourselves living within doubt, suspicion and mistrust of ourselves and others. It is possible to turn this around, through attending directly to the present moment activity of our mind, just as it is. Through this process, self-kindness reveals itself as the wisest, most sane way of relating to ourselves.
