Colorado African Compassion Center is launching The Kinshasa Project.
The goal of The Kinshasa Project is to open an orphanage, school (K-12), a training center for women (that would incorporate many different trades and skills), as well as a health clinic in the capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). After the established are all in place, it is our goal for it to be self-sufficient, and not rely on foreign aid. Just at this time we need seed funds to lift the project off the ground. Our goal is to provide a “hand-up” not a “hand-out” to the women and children of Kinshasa.
Civil unrest, war, and violence are common in the DRC. Basic needs such as nutrition, sanitation, and education are non-existent for many children on the streets. We hope that you will feel compelled and will assist us on our journey to light a candle for Kinshasa.
