Pumping energy and inspiration to a once barren land area, albeit a stone's throw away from Las Pinas, the Alabang Commercial Center and gateway to major destinations south of Manila, VISTA LAND takes on the challenge of building a new city that is inspiring in its vision, compelling in creativity and grand in its diversity.
Only two years after its launch, EVIA is now home to a range of newly built residential estates and growing commercial hubs in the area. From high-end, European inspired Portofino by Brittany, to mid-range Ponticelli by Crown Asia and affordable Camella Cerritos, the opportunity of home ownership in a master-planned urban setting is open and accessible to various lifestyle choices. After four years, Evia already plays hosts to big names in commerce such as Mac Donalds, Rustan's, Starbucks, Shakey's, and many more sought after coffee shops, restaurants, and specialty stores.
The day-long project launching, starting with a simple ribbon cutting with VISTA LAND officers, homeowners, buyers, marketing networks and valued friends from media and business, took on a light, open air and lifestyle ambiance that offered a day market and food fest. The Evening Program was a special treat to the younger clientele, what with a spectacular fashion show featuring international beauty queens and sought after ramp models, and a 3-band concert, among others. Spirits are high building a new urban landscape with upscale amenity offerings such as a Lifestyle Center, the Riverwalk to enhance the nearby Fernbrook Gardens, a University Town, complementing VISTA LAND's core competence of residential development and all part of the 600-hectare master-planned community of EVIA- a Diverse City.
