1 - Ensure toepiece is in tour mode
2 - Reach down to heelpiece
3 - Twist heelpiece to the side - and - simultaneously gently torque boot to the same side as you're twisting the heelpiece.
Note you're stepping on the brake actuating pad at the same time as this is ongoing so you shouldn't be damaging the binding. Visual inspection of the bushing indicates this to be the case
This is with Comforts - DIN 10. Has brakes. Yes, I'm flexible. Toes were locked out.
