"Creating Change" is the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force's conference for LGBT activists to meet, talk, review and plan for the future. After the legislative defeats of 1993, this 1994 gathering featured a lot of discussion of where political effort should be concentrated, and how the internal dynamics of the various community factions were being seen by some to distract from being more successful.
