Lita Lewis is a POWERHOUSE! As she states in our interview, she does not workout - she "trains". To give you an idea what I mean when we started the leg press, Lita placed five 45 pound plates on each side and said, "Ok, I'll start." START!! START!! That's the end of some people's workout! Wow! For Lita it is all about - Functional Strength and Aggression. Two things that we of LETSGETMADE definitely appreciate. We are HONORED to have her represent as a LGM Brand Ambassador.
