Jump School is a WWII short film following a team of paratroopers preparing for their final mission together. Over the course of the 5 day shoot, the BeSteady One was used for several moving shots, rigged with our B cam, a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. This video contains the best takes from those shots.
For speed, the same lens was used throughout - the Panasonic 14mm f2.5. With the BMPCC's 3x crop factor, this gives a field of view equivalent to 42mm on full frame.
The BeSteady gave us more creative options with shooting, with the freedom to try different shots easily without the requirement for complex setups. More info at besteady.pro
