For my final in Digital Media Design II, I was prompted to create a concept for a more personal and dynamic BBC experience when consuming content. Its goal is to remove the visual clutter from the website and translate it more efficiently into paradigms mobile users are comfortable with and don't feel overwhelmed. The result is a more personal newspaper, not unlike Facebook Paper or Flipboard, with Trending articles aggregated by how frequently certain articles are shared by other users.
Note, this is only a concept. All in all, this project spanned about five weeks, about a week and a half on animation in After Effects and the rest on contextual research, refinements, and an identity.
