An American daredevil has set the world record for the highest slackline to be walked above ground level.
At an astounding one thousand and 200 meters above ground, 27-year-old Andy Lewis tiptoed his way across a 12-meter-long line held between two hot air balloons. He completed the record-breaking stunt in just 20 seconds over the Nevada desert in Las Vegas. The professional slackliner did not even use a leash for the crossing. His only safety net was a parachute attached to his body. A French team attempted a similar feat three weeks earlier in Spain but they were unsuccessful.
