Follow one man on his journey, as he experiments and concocts a surprisingly good liqueur with real coffee, some cinnamon and alcohol. With some support, he enters the idea into a student business competition, and lands himself a place in the top 5.
However, the liqueur turns sour the very next day and he’s left with the option of ditching the award winning idea or overcoming the unexpected, mind-boggling hurdle ahead.
Follow him on his journey with support and help from a business coach, a coffee expert and a top bartender in Dunedin, New Zealand, as he investigates the root of the problem and comes to terms with the challenge of making a coffee liqueur from real but volatile coffee.
