No plug-ins used..
I got the initial velocity and position of the particles being emitted then transfer the data to the bullet operator.
.. something similar to the Miarmy RBD emitter

when u open the scene file ..first thing .. delete the group fx_instances, ..
then go to the fx_bulletEmit_CTRL and on Attribute Editor, under Extra Attributes check the box EMIT and hit play...it will create the fx_instance group again and it will put all the geo inside with the animation from the particles but as actual geo keyframed not a instance anymore......let it play for 100 frames to test it first...when is done..go back to the fxControl and UN-check the EMIT box. Now if u play, it will read the animation, not the particles anymore. So all is doing is getting the beginning of the particles sim and transferring to bullet and using the inherited velocity.
