This short film follows restaurant owner Paul Webbe, whose Rock-a-Nore restaurant in Hastings Old Town and Rye’s Fish Café are already making waves on the south coast of Sussex.
Hasting's Stade has Europe's largest fleet of beach-launched fishing boats and Paul endeavours to purchase as much locally sourced fish as possible. Buying from sustainable fish sources also ensures traceability to the exact boat that landed it.
