This is my parody film of 1950's B&W horror/monster films entitled "The Creature from the Blecch Lagoon" - written, directed, and produced by James M. Britt. Starring Mick Thomas, Kristin Slater, Michael Drisgula, Anthony Didomenico, Patrick Wightman, Lauren Maul, John Ziegler, Chris Roach, Terry McNeely, John Santo, Brian Rush, Lori Palminteri, Emily Winter, Peter Savage, Michael Frey, James Dascole Jr., Bruce White, with a voice-over by Chloe Jury-Fogel and a cameo by my daughter Jodie Britt. My good friends Joe Rivera and Gabriel Rosenstein helped me out BIG time with directing and editing. Big thanks to all.

This was a guerilla film... no budget, no permissions, no safety net and, most days, no script. Just off the cuff having fun with movie-making. We got kicked out of three locations, shot most scenes under the radar of police and security guards. No special effects that I am willing to tlak about or are proud of... other than the fine work my lovely wife, Gwendolynn Britt contributed... and of course, she was my biggest supporter... as she always is.

This film was intended for a live audience, and the action interacted with them. Some scenes won't make sense without these live theatrical events... for instance... the scene where Buster Cherry is peeing, there were crew members behind the screen spraying the audience with water. You get it?.... So if a scene doesn't make sense, that's probably why... either that, or the fact that we didn't really have a script.

Please to enjoy...
