Drupal is a complex piece of software with a complicated development ecosystem. Much of the everyday things we use as Drupal developers and site builders are less than intuitive and only seem to make the problem at hand more complex. What to do and where to do it isn’t always obvious so how can you get around the Drupal-isms?
We’ll cover using Content Types, Fields, Views, and other basic Drupal building blocks along with a little customization to build powerful yet simple applications with Drupal. This session is intended for site builders as well as developers, although custom development may be required to implement some of the techniques described. Whether you're a new developer, new to Drupal development, or a seasoned Drupaler you'll come away with some interesting ideas for your next build.
