1 lb medium raw shrimp cleaned and deveined
2 tbls. olive oil
3 each cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 tbls. red pepper flakes
1 tbls. lemon zest
juice of 1 small lemon
4 each sprigs parsley finally chopped
Heat the oil with garlic and red pepper over medium to high heat
Add the Shrimp and cook while turning until reddish.
Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and sprinkle with parsley
