Here is a sound comparison on some of the most popular mechanical keyboards on the market. I used a very high quality shotgun mic (sennheiser) into a set of apogee pre's at 24bit/48khz. The mic distance never changed and I was in the same position each time typing with same amount of force. (Regarding the Corsair k75, he mic distance and position was the same despite the different camera perspective)
