We know that leading corporate funders want to know more about the impacts of their community contributions. But how is that thirst for knowledge changing the way they manage their resources?
Research by LBG and NPC has lifted the lid on impact practice among corporate funders, showing that leading companies are taking a long hard look at the activities they support and are asking fundamental questions about the value they deliver, not just to society, but to the business too.
At this event we will review the research and hear from companies (including Barclays, Jaguar Land Rover and KPMG) who have each set bold new strategies, and will discuss how they arrived at their strategy and addressed such things as: narrowing down focus areas, identifying objectives, setting programme-wide KPIs, balancing corporate and local partnerships, and building consistent messaging. Highlighting successes as well as pitfalls to avoid.
Attendees will then have the opportunity to discuss approaches and to consider how to address such challenges within their own programme.
