Hello world! This is Jessica again.
This time I'm to show you how to use QUEST.
As I have explained in my proposal, QUEST is a website that allows you to create and play online web quests.
To play a QUEST, all you need is an access code, which you can get when you create your QUEST or when somebody makes one and shares it.
Web Quests are typically a series of web based puzzles, where each puzzle holds the key to the next one.
This was a very simple demonstration of a Web Quest. There are many different Web Quests online, but QUEST gives you the chance to create your own.
Registration is very easy. Let's create an account right now. "mike" and "123"
After that, we can make a QUEST. Let's title this one "Harry Potter"
Due to some limitations of the data storage, please don't add any commas
The first question will be "What is Harry's middle name?"
Because the answers are case sensitive, include instructions on how to phrase the answer. Make sure you fill in every blank.
The answer is 'james'
Of course, since this is utilizes html, you can add many tricks to your riddles. text-only web quests may seem simple, but they have a lot of potential just by themselves. You can implement font changes, color, links, or even just mess around with the spacing.
So you see, it's very simple and very easy to use. The only limit, is your own imagination.
