As this foundation is established throughout this series, he then shows how that God is now in the process of giving a special "grace event," in which through a special act of His mercy, God will pour out a "flood of grace," during which the body of Christ will receive from Him a "Vengeance to Comfort" all who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness... that they will be called the priest of the Lord, and men shall call them the ministers of our God... and we will consume the riches of the Gentiles (nations and world order) and in their glory boast ourselves.
