Fermentograph is a measuring device for the amount of gas produced through microbial fermentation and similar processes. The Fermentograph III is a successor model adopted by the Japan Yeast Industry Association for the "Bread Yeast Testing Method". It is capable of automatically measuring the gas production of up to 20 samples simultaneously and in parallel. This device can be used for evaluating the fermentation ability of microbial yeast, as well as the composition of media/dough and fermentation conditions, and it can be utilized in breeding, development, and quality control among other applications.
