On Wednesday, January 27, 2010, The Public Sector Technology Exchange (PTSE - PublicSectorTechnologyExchange.com) and founder Jimmy Baker hosted a panel discussion and seminar on Cost Optimization Strategies for the State of California. The event was sponsored by HP and Western Blue, an NWN Company.
The event commenced with an industry update by featured Gartner speaker, Rishi Sood. After the industry update by Sood, an interview by Juanice Campbell of Western Blue with Marius Haas, SVP HP ProCurve followed that examined HP’s internal cost optimization strategies.
Next, a panel discussion interacted with the audience to discuss their questions on cost optimization. The panel was comprised of:
