Worldwide disasters have increased 300 percent over the last 20 years. Many communities and regions are devastated by earthquakes, landslides, Tsunamis, volcanos, wildfires, drought and floods. ANI responds by saving lives, preserving property and maintaining the social, ecological, economic, and political stability of affected regions. ANI brings life-saving medicine, food, water, and relief to those in need. More importantly, ANI addresses crisis vulnerability through prevention, preparedness and mitigation training. Survival depends on the collective efforts of families and communities who are prepared for crisis response, not on governments.
