Teriyaki Experience, a quick service restaurant (QSR), wanted to launch and promote a new Thai inspired meal, and because they are a Japanese chain, one of the main challenges they faced was to name the meal in a creative way without mentioning the word Thai. BTI Brand Innovations began with name generation, and went on to create in the in-store promotional material. This became Teriyaki Experience’s most successful meal launch to date, and we leveraged this success by making this new meal the focus of a subsequent summer promotion.
