Produced for an exhibition of the same name at Tunbridge Wells Museum and Gallery this documentary explores the national and international conservation work of the National Pinetum and Forest at Bedgebury.
Shot in a single day at the Pinetum and featuring footage from the team at the Bedgebury's botanical expeditions in Asia this film gives insight into this beautiful and tranquil space. Bedgebury is an internationally significant botanical collection with rare and wonderful species from all over the globe kept and preserved in their collections.
The exhibition "The Plant Hunter: Exploration, Conservation & Science" features stunning photography and botanical art as well as allowing visitors to find out more about the work of the Bedgebury Pinetum and is on show at Tunbridge Wells Museum & Art Gallery until 13th July 2014.
