Each year East Side Crew completes an awesome 10 week training program for the City2Surf! It is a complete running + training program that includes Saturday Run Club, strength training and nutrition advice. We offer a really fun and motivating training environment that will help you to build your running fitness and technique. We believe to be a complete runner you need to have strong legs, core and upper body, you need to be mentally strong and you need to know how to eat well. So we focus on all these aspects in our training program to give you the best chance of succeeding and staying injury free. Plus we raise money for a local charity the Black Dog Institute to help raise awareness of mental health issues – so you not only feel good from being fit, but also from helping others!
