Situated within disparate urban zones of interstice and contradiction, the New Public Sites Video Tour series investigates some of the invisible sites and over-looked features of our everyday environment.
This tour examines the southeast corner of 33rd and Frisby Streets in the Waverly neighborhood of Baltimore. Previously an unpaved right of way, the site is now known as Tinges Commons, a community garden and public art space.
