I always add 3 drops of water from a 'dropper' on the beans and *never* have static problems grinding on the HG One.
On hg-one.com/custom-static-wiper/ Sean from Los Angeles reports how me manages to grind the HG One without the 'doplet' method that prevents any static clinging of grinds. I demonstrate the static electricity effect of grinding *without* the droplets of water and then try it with the magnets and 4 metal strings. In my case it didn't help. So Sean is doing something different than I am!
