Produced for Office Depot and following on from the delivery driver video, this was to showcase a typical day for customer services. Filming over three days, there's a lot more going on in this video than meets the eye. I directed, filmed, and edited this video.
I sought permission from the local hotel to film from their roof for the office aerial shot at the beginning. It was also raining, cloudy and miserable in the afternoon, so was colour graded with added optical flares to mimic the morning.
The lights don't turn on like that in the office, the light switches are on the columns in shot so I had to edit out my running up and down the office flicking switches.
It was filming in November, so a poppy had to motion tracked out of the black jacket worn by Lauren.
There's also a humorous birthday card on Lauren's desk that I had to mask out and replace to avoid potential offence, somewhat of a challenge given Lauren's hand passing in front of the card.
This was a massive hit for customer services.
