PORTLAND- Test drive a great new car, help out a local school.
On Sunday, April 27, for everyone that test drives a new Ford vehicle, Monaco Ford and the Ford Motor Co. will donate $20 to Portland High School.
The event, which is part of Ford's Drive 4 UR School initiative, will take place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Brownstone Intermediate School, located at 314 Main St. in Portland.
Drivers don't have to be from Portland, but must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. No purchase is necessary.
The more people who drive, the more money that will be earned for the school.
"We will donate up to $6,000 to the school, so we hope everyone comes out and test drives one of our awesome vehicles," said Chrissy Monaco. "We strongly believe in giving back to our local community, and we're so glad we can be part of this awesome program."
